Hello! It’s that time of year again. It’s time to dust off the bat and glove. It’s time for Youth Baseball! Old Scottsdale Youth Baseball (OSYB) is in need of Sponsors for the 2010 Fall Baseball season. Help us make this an exciting and memorable season for all the kids waiting to “Play Ball!”

OSYB facilities are located at the east end of Pima Elementary School, 8330 E. Osborn Road, Scottsdale. Players’ ages range from 4 to 16 years, and divisions include: Shetland (4-6), Pinto (7-8), Mustang (9-10), Bronco (11-12), Pony (13-14) and Colt (15-16). We depend entirely upon the generosity of our team sponsors, registration fees and donations to fund this program, which serves more than 200 children by providing them with uniforms, equipment, awards, safely maintained playing fields, and insurance. Remember, OSYB is a 501-(c)(3) non-profit organization, and therefore, all donations are entirely tax deductible. Our EIN# is 20-0686576.

A majority of our sponsors have been with OSYB for many years, and we thank you for your continued support. First-time sponsors are always welcome, and we hope to make YOUR experience with OSYB a rewarding one. SPRING DUGOUT SPONSOR $500
Includes all sponsorship benefits listed at the Team Sponsor level, with the exception that your 4’x4’ banner will be prominently displayed on the back of one of eight player dugouts, instead of along the outfield fence. Dugouts on all four fields at Pima Elementary School are located near the spectator stands and receive a good deal of foot traffic.

SPRING TEAM SPONSOR $350
Sponsors at this level will have their business name listed on a team jersey – sponsoring one of the 20 to 25 teams in the league. Sponsorship also includes a 4’x4’ banner with your business logo and contact information to be displayed on the outfield fence of our main field at Pima Elementary School, where Mustang and Bronco teams play. An award plaque with your team’s photograph will be presented to you at the conclusion of the season. These plaques are great displays of your community support. You will also receive a banner advertisement displayed on the OSYB web site (baseballscottsdale.org) for the duration of the Fall Baseball season, and up until the beginning of Spring Baseball – an entire 6 months!

SPRING Field #1 BANNER SPONSOR $150
Sponsorship includes a 4’x4’ banner with your business logo and contact information to be displayed on the outfield fence of our main field at Pima Elementary School, where Mustang and Bronco teams play.

WEB SITE BANNER SPONSOR $50
Sponsorship includes a banner advertisement displayed on the OSYB web site (baseballscottsdale.org) for the duration of the Fall Baseball season, and up until the beginning of Spring Baseball – an entire 6 months!

SPRING TOURNAMENT SPONSOR $750
In mid-season of Fall Baseball OSYB will host a 4 to 6 team tournament at the Pinto, Mustang and Bronco divisions. Tournament Sponsor benefits would include a 4’ x 6’ banner with your business logo and contact information prominently displayed on the tournament field; flyers and/or coupons distributed at the snack stand; banner advertisement on the OSYB web site (baseballscottsdale.org); and an award plaque for display at your place of business.
