Manager/Coach/Team Parent Responsibilities

FIELD #1

HOME TEAM

Pre-Game:

  1. IF DESIRED: A 5-gallon cooler with water and ice may be obtained from the snack stand. Please ask snack stand volunteers to fill cooler for you. Place one cooler with cups in EACH dugout for players.
  2. Pick up flags from snack stand and raise on left field flag pole.

Between Games (if 2 games played):

  1. Rake pitcher’s mound.
  2. Help re-line field for second game.
  3. Water infield if overly dusty.

Post-Game (Last game of day):

  1. Rake pitcher’s mound
  2. Return bases to storage box in third base dugout.
  3. Place plugs in base pegs.
  4. Clean up scorekeeper’s area.
  5. Lower flags on left field flag pole and return to snack stand.

VISITING TEAM

Post-Game (Last game of day):

  1. Empty all garbage containers, including the bathroom.
  2. Pick up any trash around bleachers.
  3. Turn out field lights.

FIELD #2, FIELD #3 and FIELD #4

HOME TEAM

Pre-Game:
